Reiya Group is seeking an experienced and professional Travelling Personal Assistant to join a private household team based in London. This is a dynamic and highly trusted role within a private family environment, requiring discretion, adaptability and exceptional organisational skills.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive personal assistant, concierge and service support to a family of two adults and four children, both in London and while travelling internationally. The role involves extensive travel (approximately 100–120 days per year), predominantly throughout Europe and the United States, with occasional trips to Asia. The Travelling Personal Assistant will work closely with another Travelling PA on a rotational basis when travelling, ensuring continuous support to the family at all times.
When based in London, the role will be primarily in-house at the family’s residence in Kensington, working standard hours with flexibility as required. This position is ideally suited to candidates with a yachting or private aviation background, and proven experience in housekeeping and service within high-standard environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full personal assistant and concierge support to the family
- Travel with the family to international and European destinations as required
- Manage logistics, preparation and coordination for travel and guest arrivals
- Support housekeeping and service standards to a high level
- Run errands and manage day-to-day personal tasks
- Prepare residences for family and guest arrivals
- Liaise and coordinate with the family office, household teams, jet crew and management
- Work collaboratively with another Travelling Personal Assistant on a rotational travel schedule
- Maintain discretion, professionalism and attention to detail at all times
Schedule:
- London-based working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Flexibility required depending on household and travel needs
- Approximately 100–120 travel days per year
Requirements:
- Previous experience in yachting and/or private aviation
- Proven housekeeping and service experience
- Strong organisational and logistical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Valid driving licence
- Must be London-based and able to commute to Kensington
- Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach
- Comfortable working within a private family environment
