Reiya Group is seeking a Stewardess/Masseuse to join a 50m+ Private/Charter Yacht operating a dual-season itinerary between the Mediterranean, Caribbean and United States.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Stewardess with professional massage experience to join a busy and well-run yacht. The role combines high-end interior service with wellness offerings for guests, requiring a well-presented, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
The successful candidate will support the interior team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while providing a range of massage treatments to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high standards of guest service across all interior operations
• Provide professional massage treatments tailored to guest preferences
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry and service duties as required
• Support table settings, service and event preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all interior spaces
• Ensure massage areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard
• Assist with provisioning and inventory management
• Work closely with the interior team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Uphold discretion, professionalism and guest confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Stewardess on similar sized vessels preferred
• Certified massage therapist with a recognised qualification
• B1/B2 in hand
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
• Professional, well-presented and adaptable approach
• Ability to manage both service and wellness responsibilities effectively
Package:
• Permanent position
• Start date: Early / Mid May
• Salary: €3,500 per month
• Leave: 60 days per annum
• Private/Charter dual-season program (Med/Caribbean)
