Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced Stew/Masseuse to join a 70m+ private/charter motor yacht with a busy dual-season itinerary. This reputable and well-known vessel operates an active charter program and upholds high standards across all departments. The yacht offers a close-knit, sociable and energetic team environment, making team fit a key consideration for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s yachting experience as a Stew/Masseuse and be confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure charter environments. Charter experience is beneficial but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected program with a positive onboard dynamic and strong operational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional massage treatments to guests, tailored to individual preferences and charter expectations
- Provide high-level service to guests in line with charter standards, including service, turn-downs and detailing
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including cabin cleaning, laundry and wardrobe care
- Support service during meals, events and guest activities as required
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of interior spaces at all times
- Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and interior team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold discretion and professionalism in both private and charter settings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Stew/Masseuse onboard yachts
- Massage certification and confidence delivering treatments onboard
- Charter experience beneficial
- Valid B1/B2 visa required
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Positive, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
