Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Sports Fishing Guide / Deckhand to join a 100m+ private yacht operating a world-cruising itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable fishing professional to take responsibility for the yacht’s dedicated sports fishing boat and lead exceptional fishing experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the dedicated sports fishing boat
• Lead and execute sports fishing trips with guests
• Plan and prepare fishing trips according to guest preferences and conditions
• Operate and maintain the fishing boat and associated equipment
• Ensure all fishing equipment is maintained and ready for use
• Provide a high-quality and professional guest experience
• Work closely with the deck team to support wider yacht operations
• Maintain strong safety standards throughout all fishing activities
Requirements:
• Strong sports fishing knowledge and practical experience essential
• Proven experience leading and executing fishing trips with guests
• Confident taking responsibility for the fishing operation
• Strong boat-handling and practical deck skills
• Professional, positive and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a larger deck team
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Valid Schengen visa, if applicable
• Start date is flexible for the right candidate
Package:
• Salary: €6,000 per month
