We are seeking an exceptional Rotational Sole Chef to join a professionally managed 40m+ private motor yacht. The role requires a skilled and creative culinary professional who can work independently in a compact galley, delivering varied, fresh, and high-quality cuisine for both guests and crew. The yacht is family-oriented with welcoming owners and a supportive crew culture.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare diverse menus for owners, guests and crew, catering to preferences and dietary needs.
- Provision locally, ensuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and efficient stock management.
- Maintain galley organisation, hygiene and compliance with safety standards.
- Balance relaxed family-style meals with refined dining when required.
- Deliver nutritious, well-presented crew meals that support team morale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sole Chef on similar-sized yachts.
- Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-level kitchens preferred.
- Strong provisioning and organisational skills, confident working solo.
- Professional, adaptable and collaborative with excellent communication.
