Reiya Group is seeking an experienced and professional Seasonal Family Assistant / Private PA to support a private family based in North London, for the summer period. This is a trusted role within a private household environment, requiring discretion, flexibility and excellent organisational skills.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day personal assistant, family coordination and lifestyle support to a family of four. The role will involve managing family logistics, schedules, errands, bookings and household coordination throughout the summer. This position is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience supporting private families, principals or high-standard private households.
This is a fixed-term role for approximately 2 months, from June to August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant and family support to the household
- Manage diaries, schedules and day-to-day family logistics
- Coordinate appointments, activities, bookings and reservations
- Liaise with household staff, suppliers, contractors and external providers
- Run errands and manage ad hoc personal tasks
- Support children’s schedules, activities and summer arrangements where required
- Assist with travel, transport and lifestyle coordination
- Maintain clear communication and a proactive approach
- Ensure discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Support the smooth running of the household throughout the summer period
Schedule:
- Fixed-term summer contract
- Approximately 2 months, June to August
- London-based role
- Working hours to be confirmed
- Flexibility required depending on family and household needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Private PA or Personal Assistant within a private household
- Strong organisational and logistical skills
- Confident working within a private family environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Discreet, professional and proactive
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach

- Must hold a full clean UK drivers license
