Reiya Group is seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 30m+ New Build Private Motor Yacht operating a Mediterranean-based private program.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a supportive and close-knit crew onboard a new build yacht. The role is suited to someone highly organised, professional and hands-on, with the ability to lead the interior department and maintain exceptional standards throughout the season.
The successful candidate will oversee all interior operations, ensuring the yacht is presented to a high standard while delivering a smooth and professional guest experience. This is a seasonal contract starting ASAP until the end of October, joining a crew of 6.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all interior operations onboard
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the interior
• Oversee guest service, housekeeping, laundry and interior detailing
• Plan and execute table settings, service styles and guest preferences
• Manage interior inventories, provisioning and supplies
• Support and train the Second Stewardess where required
• Work closely with the Captain and crew to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with guest trips, turnarounds and preparation for owner use
• Ensure all interior equipment, products and supplies are properly maintained and stored
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess or strong Second Stewardess ready to step up
• Minimum of 3 years’ yachting experience
• New build experience is advantageous
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Confident in guest service, housekeeping and laundry
• Professional, positive and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work well within a small, close-knit crew
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Available to start ASAP
Package:
• Seasonal contract until end of October
• Mediterranean-based private program
• Salary: €4,500 per month
