Reiya Group is currently seeking a Residence Manager for a prestigious private residence in Copenhagen. This is a full-time position overseeing daily operations, leading a small team and ensuring the smooth running of the household.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with a background in high-end hotels or fine-dining environments, combined with strong administrative, accounting and event management skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a setting where no two days are the same, working collaboratively with staff and external partners to uphold exceptional standards across the residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day household operations, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, events and service needs.
- Lead and supervise a team of three residence staff, maintaining clear communication and high performance.
- Plan and execute events, preparing proposals, managing logistics, coordinating vendors and ensuring delivery within budget.
- Manage the residence calendar, align scheduling with the Principal’s needs and act as a key point of communication.
- Maintain strict budget oversight, including purchase records and accounting reports.
- Ensure the residence is presented to the highest standard at all times, overseeing cleanliness, maintenance and overall appearance.
- Handle front-of-house duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, and message management.
- Coordinate repairs, order supplies and manage service appointments in collaboration with the General Services team.
- Provide meal preparation and service when the residence Chef is unavailable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or a comparable luxury/private service environment.
- Strong administrative and accounting competencies.
- Fluent English and conversational Danish (minimum).
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver high-level events with professionalism and grace.
- Service-focused, adaptable and capable of managing changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Must reside in Denmark and hold valid work and residency permits.
Package:
- Full-time position (approx. 40 hours per week), primarily Monday-Friday, with flexibility required for events and occasional extended hours.
- Start date: First quarter of next year.
