House Manager

Reiya Group is seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a prestigious private residence based in Mayfair, London. This is a senior position requiring an individual with a strong background in private household management who can confidently lead a sizeable team while ensuring the residence operates seamlessly and to exceptional standards.

The successful candidate will oversee a household team of approximately 15 staff, working closely with the wider Family Office, security team, contractors and trusted suppliers to ensure all aspects of the residence are managed efficiently.

This role is ideally suited to a hands-on, approachable and highly organised House Manager who combines strong leadership with excellent attention to detail and understands the discretion and flexibility required when supporting a private Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the private residence
• Lead, manage and support a household team of approximately 15 staff
• Coordinate closely with the residence’s security team
• Manage household schedules, staff rotas and operational priorities
• Oversee external contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate property maintenance and ensure works are completed to the required standard
• Plan and oversee private events, entertaining and household occasions
• Maintain clear communication between household staff, the Family Office and Principal
• Anticipate household requirements and resolve operational matters proactively
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, organisation and service throughout the residence
• Foster a positive, professional and well-organised household environment
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times

Schedule & Package:

• Permanent position
• Mayfair, London
• Flexible working hours in line with the requirements of the household
• Salary dependent on experience and expectations

Requirements:

• Significant previous experience in House Management within a private household or private residence
• Proven experience managing and leading a sizeable household team
• Strong understanding of private household operations and UHNW service standards
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and property maintenance
• Previous event management and organisation experience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Hands-on, approachable and confident leadership style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discreet, proactive and adaptable
• Comfortable working closely with a Principal, Family Office and wider household team
• Based in London or within a realistic daily commute of Mayfair
• Eligible to work in the UK
