Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Head of House to join a 100m+ private yacht operating a world-cruising itinerary. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an incredible crew and work closely with a supportive ownership team, leading a professional housekeeping department onboard a prestigious vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team of 6
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service
• Organise and delegate housekeeping duties effectively
• Manage housekeeping schedules, inventories and supplies
• Train, support and motivate the housekeeping team
• Ensure all guest areas, cabins and crew areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Work closely with the wider interior team and senior crew to ensure a seamless onboard operation
• Uphold yacht procedures, standards and expectations at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Head of House on an 80/90m+ yacht
• Strong housekeeping leadership and team management experience
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Professional, organised and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Valid Schengen visa, if applicable
• Available to join ASAP
Package:
• Salary: €5,500 per month
• Rotation: 4:2
