Estate Manager

Reiya Group is currently seeking an Estate Manager for a private residence in Austin. This is a full-time position supporting a senior principal and overseeing the smooth daily operation of a primary residence and additional properties.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a luxury residential or hospitality background to step into a key leadership role within a high-level private household. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational abilities, a proactive mindset and the professionalism required to support a busy principal with discretion and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the principal’s residence, including vendor management, contractor coordination and sourcing reliable service providers.
  • Proactively identify and address property issues, ensuring repairs, maintenance and household provisioning are consistently managed.
  • Assist in the management and provisioning of additional vacation properties as required.
  • Develop and manage budgets for annual maintenance, special project and household expenses.
  • Support with wine and art inventory tracking, specialty procurement and research for projects, travel and events.
  • Plan and support events at the residence, ensuring high-quality guest experience, time management and coordination with internal and external staff.
  • Receive VIP guests and manage front-facing household interactions with professionalism.
  • Maintain organised records, including contracts, schedules, shipments, mail sorting, and project archives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Estate Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury private residence or high-end hospitality environment (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong organisational, budgeting, and project-management abilities, with the capacity to handle complex tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with principals, internal teams and external vendors.
  • High level of discretion, sound judgment and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Texas driver’s licence and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
