Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht based in the United States, operating a light charter programme in the Bahamas.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate with proven Chief Stewardess experience on a similar-sized vessel and is looking to join a well-run yacht with a structured interior team. Guest experience is a key focus onboard, so the successful candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard across both private and charter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and motivate an interior team of 4
• Oversee all aspects of interior operations, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
• Deliver high-level guest service in both private and charter settings
• Plan and execute seamless service, including formal dining and guest events
• Maintain immaculate presentation of all guest areas and interior spaces
• Manage interior inventory, provisioning and budgeting
• Create and maintain detailed guest preference sheets to ensure personalised service
• Train, mentor and develop junior interior crew
• Coordinate closely with the Captain and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure compliance with MLC regulations and onboard procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht (40m+)
• Previous experience on private and charter vessels
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident in all aspects of service
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Professional, polished and guest-focused approach
• Candidates currently based in the US are strongly preferred
• Valid STCW, ENG1 and relevant certifications
Package:
• Salary: Dependent on experience
