Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced, highly organised Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 75m private and charter motor yacht with a worldwide cruising itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for a calm, professional leader to take charge of a well-established interior team of six, delivering exceptional service across both private and charter operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong service background, proven leadership ability, and a proactive, level-headed approach to managing interior operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an interior team of six
- Oversee guest service and day-to-day interior operations
- Maintain high standards across housekeeping, laundry and presentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboard operations
- Manage inventories, budgets and interior administration
- Ensure discretion and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on a larger vessel
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
- Strong service background including wine, spirits and housekeeping
- Calm, professional demeanour under pressure
- Fluent in English
- STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Valid passport, driving licence and no travel restrictions
- Strong computer literacy (Excel and IDEA preferred)
