Reiya Group is currently seeking a professional and hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a well-run 40m+ private expedition yacht currently cruising Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an experienced interior team on a vessel with exceptional owners, an inspiring itinerary and a crew-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the interior, ensuring high standards in service, housekeeping, and guest experience
- Lead a positive and proactive interior team with a hands-on approach
- Deliver polished, high-end service across a range of guest activities and dining styles
- Liaise with other departments to maintain seamless operations and anticipate guest needs
- Train and mentor junior interior crew to maintain consistency and attention to detail
- Coordinate interior inventory, provisioning, and guest logistics during trips
- Create a calm, respectful environment onboard for guests and crew alike
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
- Strong service background with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Confident working in a family environment (experience with children a plus)
- Warm, professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
