Reiya Group is seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 50m Support Vessel within a private programme operating throughout the Mediterranean.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-structured and busy programme, working across a fleet. The role will be based on the support vessel, featuring a high-standard interior and will work closely alongside a second Chief Stewardess to ensure consistency across both vessels.
The successful candidate will lead the interior team, deliver a strong service-led programme and maintain exceptional standards while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all interior operations, maintaining high standards of service and presentation
• Lead, train and manage the interior team across both vessels
• Deliver a seamless, high-end service within a private programme
• Manage inventory, provisioning and interior organisation
• Work collaboratively with the other Chief Stewardess across the fleet
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a dual-vessel structure
• Maintain strong communication with crew and senior management
• Uphold a positive, professional and hands-on leadership approach
Requirements:
• Strong Second Stewardess (45–60m) ready to step up, or proven Chief Stewardess experience on 40–45m vessels
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Second Stewardess
• Hands-on, adaptable and team-focused mindset
• Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
• Positive leadership style with no-ego approach
• Service-driven with high attention to detail
Package:
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract: Permanent Commercial (management company)
• Leave: 45 days paid (+2 weeks leave per year served)
