Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 90m private/charter motor yacht with a busy dual-season itinerary. This reputable and well-known vessel within the industry runs an active program and maintains exceptionally high standards across all departments.
The ideal candidate will be an established Chief Stewardess with proven charter experience and a strong background managing large interior teams. This position initially begins as a temporary contract (until January) with a high potential to transition into a permanent, rotational role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a professional interior team of ten, ensuring seamless service delivery across all guest areas
- Oversee all aspects of guest service, housekeeping, laundry and interior operations
- Train, mentor and motivate the interior team to maintain the highest standards at all times
- Collaborate closely with the Captain and Head of Departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage provisioning, inventories and interior budgets efficiently
- Uphold exceptional attention to detail and discretion within both private and charter settings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess aboard yachts 70m+
- Proven charter experience on busy programs
- B1/B2 visa preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Professional, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
