Reiya Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chief Mate to join a 50m+ support vessel that forms part of a larger fleet. This is a single season yacht based in the Mediterranean.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dynamic, energetic and ready to step up into a Chief Mate role, while already bringing prior experience and confidence to the position. The successful candidate will be joining a small, tight-knit team and working closely alongside the Captain.
The role is a primarily deck-focused role (approx. 80% deck / 20% bridge), and would suit someone looking to gain further bridge experience while contributing to daily deck operations.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Yachtmaster Offshore or higher, plus ECDIS certification.
- Previous deck experience is essential, with some bridge exposure and a few modules completed.
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Enthusiastic and career-driven, with a willingness to grow into the role.
Package:
- Salary: €6000 per month
- Leave: 45 days paid (+2 weeks leave per year served)
- Contract: Permanent
