Charter Manager

We are seeking, on behalf of an established yacht brokerage, an experienced Charter Manager – Central Agency to join its international team.

This role sits at the centre of the central agency structure, managing the commercial performance and day-to-day coordination of yachts within the fleet. The position requires a highly organised and commercially minded individual who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while delivering a seamless charter experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent yacht owners within the central agency framework
  • Manage charter enquiries from initial request through to completion
  • Oversee yacht calendars and maximise booking opportunities
  • Liaise with brokers, captains and owners globally
  • Negotiate charter terms in line with market conditions
  • Manage contracts, APA processes and financial administration
  • Support yacht marketing, positioning and industry presence
  • Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure smooth charter operations

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in charter management, brokerage, or central agency
  • Strong understanding of MYBA contracts and charter operations
  • Experience managing multiple yachts and busy schedules
  • Knowledge of APA, VAT and charter accounting processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in English and French preferred
