Reiya Group is seeking an experienced and driven Captain to join a 50m motor yacht operating in the West Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity to take command of a busy vessel with a dynamic programme, offering a competitive salary and strong support from ownership.
This role is best suited to a confident and capable Captain with experience on similar-sized yachts, who can lead a professional crew and ensure smooth and efficient operations onboard. The successful candidate will be organised, hands-on where required, and committed to maintaining high operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safe navigation and overall command of the vessel
• Oversee all vessel operations, maintenance and compliance
• Lead and manage the crew, ensuring a positive and efficient team environment
• Manage budgets, logistics and financial reporting
• Liaise with owners and guests to ensure seamless trip delivery
• Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are upheld
Key Requirements:
• Master 3000GT CoC (essential)
• Previous experience on similar-sized yachts
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Hands-on and adaptable approach
• Professional and service-focused mindset
• B1/B2 visa preferred
• Available to join within one month
Package:
• Salary: €12,000 DOE
• Leave: 90 days
