Reiya Group is seeking an Assistant Interior Manager to join a 100m+ private yacht operating a dual-season itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable interior professional who is eager to learn, grow within a structured department, and support the Interior Manager in a high-standard private program.
The successful candidate will be someone with a strong personality fit, a willingness to follow established systems and procedures, and the ability to lead the interior team in line with the Interior Manager’s direction when they are not onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Interior Manager with daily operations of the interior department
- Assist in leading and coordinating the interior team across service and housekeeping
- Ensure high standards of service during peak season and guest periods
- Maintain consistency with established interior systems, structure and workflows
- Act as a point of contact for the interior department in the absence of the Interior Manager
- Assist with service delivery for meals, events and guest activities
- Oversee housekeeping standards, cabin setup and turnarounds
- Support training, guidance and development of junior interior crew
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused onboard environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, large yacht, or luxury hotel environment
- Strong service and housekeeping knowledge
- Professional, approachable and positive personality
- Willingness to learn and follow established departmental structure
- Ability to lead by example and take direction
- Available to start in March

- Salary: €7200 per month
