Reiya Group is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 70m+ private/charter motor yacht operating an exciting, world cruising, dual-season itinerary.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate who is already working as a 2nd Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel and is looking for a rotational role within a professional and well-structured interior team. Guest experience is a top priority onboard, so the successful candidate will bring not only strong technical ability but also the right energy, personality and enthusiasm to help create an exceptional onboard atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level guest service in both private and charter settings
• Confidently manage and execute all aspects of service, including formal and fine dining
• Maintain immaculate presentation of guest areas, cabins and interior spaces
• Oversee and assist with housekeeping and laundry operations to a high standard
• Support the Chief Stewardess in the day-to-day management of the interior department
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior interior crew when required
• Ensure a warm, welcoming and professional guest experience at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a 2nd Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht
• Previous experience on private and/or charter yachts
• Strong service background with confidence in formal and fine dining service
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Positive, upbeat and personable personality with a natural guest-facing presence
• Ability to support leadership within the interior team and maintain high standards
