Reiya Group is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 70m+ private/charter yacht operating a world-cruising itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interior professional to join a well-established programme and work within a high-performing interior team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day management of the interior department
- Assist with the organisation and delegation of interior duties
- Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and presentation
- Provide high-level guest service throughout the yacht
- Assist with service, guest events and entertaining
- Oversee guest cabins and public areas to the highest standards
- Support inventory, laundry and interior organisation
- Train and support junior interior team members where required
- Work closely with the wider interior and senior crew to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold yacht procedures, standards and service expectations
Requirements
- 4–6 years of yachting experience
- Proven experience within a senior interior position, ideally as a 2nd Stewardess
- Strong housekeeping and service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Professional, organised and team-focused approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- B1/B2 visa advantageous
- Experience on larger private/charter yachts
- Available to join around 10th October, with flexibility for the right candidate
