Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Officer to join a 50m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and capable officer to join an established programme with a strong operational focus and a busy itinerary.

The successful candidate will support the Captain and Chief Officer with the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, while maintaining high standards across all navigational, safety and deck operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the safe navigation and operation of the vessel
• Support the Captain and Chief Officer with navigational duties and bridge watchkeeping
• Assist with passage planning, chart management and bridge operations
• Support deck operations including anchoring, docking and tender operations
• Maintain high standards of safety and ensure all relevant procedures are followed
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of exterior areas as required
• Participate in drills, emergency procedures and general onboard operations
• Work closely with the Captain, Chief Officer and wider deck team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a 2nd Officer on a similar-sized yacht
• Appropriate qualifications and experience for the position
• Strong navigational and bridge knowledge
• Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy and professional deck team
• Flexible and adaptable approach to life onboard

Package:
• Start Date: 20th September 2026
• Salary: €5,000 per month
• Leave: 60 days per annum
