Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a prestigious 50m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced 2nd Stewardess who is ready to take on greater responsibility within the interior department, working closely with the Chief Stewardess to support the leadership and smooth running of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the yachting industry, demonstrate strong all-round interior skills, and be confident stepping into a leadership role when required. We are looking for someone proactive, professional and capable of maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of the interior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day management of the interior department
- Assisting with the leadership, training and development of junior crew
- Maintaining exceptional standards across housekeeping, laundry and service
- Supporting interior inventories, provisioning and organisation
- Taking initiative and confidently stepping up when required
Requirements:
- STCW and ENG1
- Minimum 3 years’ yachting experience
- Previous experience on similar-sized vessels
- Strong all-round interior experience, including excellent service and housekeeping skills
- Confidence in assisting with interior leadership and managing junior crew
- Valid B1/B2 visa essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude and attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused approach
- Available to start as soon as possible
Package:
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
- Leave: 60 days per year
