Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Senior Stewardess to join a 70m+ private/charter yacht operating a world-cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced interior professional to take on additional responsibility within the department, with a primary focus on housekeeping and laundry.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the yacht
- Manage laundry duties and ensure all laundry is completed to a high standard
- Help train junior interior team members so they can confidently rotate into laundry duties
- Support and guide junior Stewardesses in developing their laundry skills and knowledge
- Assist with organising and delegating housekeeping responsibilities
- Support the Chief Stewardess with the smooth running of the interior department
- Step into a 3rd Stewardess role during busy guest operations and service periods
- Assist with guest service and events when required
- Work closely with the wider interior team to ensure consistently high standards
- Maintain yacht procedures, service standards and interior expectations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of yachting experience
- Previous experience within a senior interior position advantageous
- Strong housekeeping and laundry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Confident taking responsibility for housekeeping and laundry operations
- Comfortable supporting and training junior team members
- Flexible and willing to assist with service when guest operations are busy
- Professional, organised and team-focused approach
- B1/B2 visa advantageous
- Available to join 10th October
