Reiya Group is seeking an experienced couple to join a dual-season private yacht programme as Live-Aboard Chase Boat Captain / Stewardess.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and motivated couple to join a well-run private programme cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean. The couple will live onboard the chase boat while working closely with the mothership and wider crew throughout the season.
This position would suit a capable and well-presented couple who enjoy working within a supportive team environment and take pride in delivering high standards across all operations.
Chase Boat Captain
The Chase Boat Captain will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and presentation of the chase boat, working closely with the mothership’s Captain and crew to support guest operations throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and manage the chase boat during guest trips, transfers and daily operations
• Maintain the chase boat to a high standard, ensuring it is always clean, prepared and guest-ready
• Carry out basic engineering checks, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Assist with watersports, guest activities and tender operations where required
• Support deck operations onboard the mothership when needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
• Work closely with the Captain and wider crew to deliver a smooth guest experience
• Maintain the live-aboard chase boat setup to a professional and operational standard
Requirements:
• Yachtmaster qualification is essential
• Previous experience in rank is essential
• Strong chase boat or tender handling experience
• Good engineering knowledge is required
• Engineering qualifications preferred, but not essential
• Confident, safety-conscious and proactive
• Professional, calm and guest-focused approach
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable living onboard the chase boat as part of a couple
Stewardess
The Stewardess will work primarily onboard the mothership during the season, supporting the interior team with guest service, housekeeping, laundry and general interior duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily housekeeping, laundry and interior detailing
• Support guest service during trips and onboard events
• Maintain excellent presentation standards throughout the interior
• Assist with crew areas and general yacht operations when required
• Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and interior team
• Provide warm, professional and attentive service to owners and guests
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the live-aboard chase boat accommodation
Requirements:
• Ideally 1–2 years’ previous Stewardess experience
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Strong eye for detail and high standards of presentation
• Positive, hands-on and team-focused attitude
• Confident working in a busy guest-facing environment
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Comfortable living onboard the chase boat as part of a couple
Package:
• Permanent couples position

• $10,000 USD per month for the team
• 60 days leave
