Reiya Group is currently seeking an experienced Stewardess/Deckhand couple to join a 50m+ private/charter motor yacht with a dual-season itinerary. This vessel operates a busy and fast-paced program, making it well suited to individuals who thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy working within an active onboard schedule. The yacht runs with a crew of 15 and maintains high operational and service standards across all departments.
The ideal candidates will be an established Stewardess/Deckhand couple with a minimum of one year’s yachting experience each and proven experience working together onboard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run program with a professional yet sociable team dynamic.
Stewardess – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level guest service across all interior areas in both private and charter settings
- Assist with service during meals, events and guest activities
- Maintain immaculate presentation of guest cabins and interior spaces
- Manage housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry and wardrobe care
- Support daily interior operations under the guidance of the Chief Stewardess
- Uphold discretion, attention to detail and professionalism at all times
Deckhand – Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all deck operations including docking, anchoring and watchkeeping
- Carry out regular maintenance including wash-downs, polishing, painting, varnishing and detailing
- Support tender operations and guest water activities when required
- Assist with safety procedures, drills and general deck duties
- Work closely with the Bosun and deck team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain exterior areas to a high standard at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of yachting experience for both Stewardess and Deckhand roles
- Previous experience working together onboard yachts
- Experience on private and/or charter yachts
- Valid B1/B2 visas required
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Professional, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
