We are seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join a busy 80m+ dual-season private/charter expedition yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to join a high-performing and diverse team on a vessel with an active charter program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all exterior maintenance to the highest standard, including wash downs, polishing, teak care, painting, and general upkeep
- Assist with mooring, anchoring and docking operations
- Confidently operate and maintain large tenders, ensuring safe and smooth transfers
- Support guest experiences by preparing water sports equipment, setting up beach excursions, and managing tender trips
- Maintain all deck equipment, toys and tenders in top condition
- Work seamlessly with the deck team to ensure the yacht is always presentation-ready and operationally efficient
Requirements:
- Yachtmaster qualification in hand (preferred)
- Large tender driving experience
- B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience on 50m+ yachts
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive team attitude
- Any additional skills are highly advantageous
