Reiya Group is in the market for a 2nd Officer to join a busy 50m+ private/charter yacht with a world cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a permanent role onboard a well-established vessel, offering strong longevity, a professional working environment, and excellent crew culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge watchkeeping and navigation duties
- Hands-on involvement in daily deck operations, including maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and water sports
- Main tender driver
- Supporting the Chief Officer with safety and security protocols
- Assisting with passage planning and navigational updates
- Supervising deck crew during operations and guest trips
- Upholding high safety and operational standards across the vessel
Requirements:
- OOW 3000 GT
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a 2nd Officer or Bosun on vessels 50m+
- Confident tender driver with strong boat-handling skills
- Solid navigational and ISM knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
